Growth Marketing Specialist


  • Your daily work is all about growth, funnels and customer journeys
  • You are responsible to find new and creative ways to grow our B2C and B2B2C customer base
  • You are responsible for creating compelling experiences for our customers, with a focus on shaping the customer experience to maximize conversions.
  • You must have an expert understanding of touchpoints across the entire customer journey
  • Strong understanding of user behavioural data along the full funnel
  • Design blueprints — including wireframes, roadmaps, workflows, personas and scenarios — that drive enhanced customer experience, conversion rates and customer engagement
  • Use customer & product insights to design a great Customer Experience throughout the customer journey
  • Ensure our product and its strength is fully represented in our communication and funnels to ensure high conversion and engagement
  • Help develop creative assets in a range of formats: landing pages, banners (static & animated), email template design, social media formats, etc.
  • Identify customer and market needs & translate them into business requirements


  • You have 2-3 years of professional experience in marketing, growth hacking, product marketing or customer-centric design
  • You have a hunter mentality and are seeking to create opportunities
  • You are always seeing the big picture but never lose the spotlight on the details
  • You have experience leading design or research projects end-to-end and applying human-centred design to real business challenges & opportunities
  • You have expertise in design thinking, customer experience methodologies, customer-centric design theories, and marketing psychology is a big plus
  • You are consumer obsessed – you can build consumer empathy in business partners and emotionally connect to the lives and realities of the people we serve
  • You are able to deliver output (written and wireframed) in german
  • You have a solid understanding of key marketing & design methodologies and tools e.g. Figma, WordPress, Google Analytics, Hotjar, marketing automation, etc.
  • Excellent project management and stakeholder management skills and good knowledge of agile ways of working and/or cross-functional setups are highly beneficial. External resources (freelancers, agencies) management experience is a plus
  • You're a team-player
  • You are native in German and fluent in the English language
  • You are eager to work in a dynamic start-up environment and not shy about working for real “hands-on”
