Freelancing Performance Marketing Manager (f/m/x)


  • You drive the acquisition and growth of our B2B2C users, develop new funnel ideas and identify new traffic source
  • You develop marketing strategies using the full potential of the digital marketing mix together with internal and external stakeholders (B2C and B2B2C)
  • You drive conversion optimization at different stages of the acquisition funnel of the acquisition funnel
  • You take operational responsibility for our B2C and B2B2C marketing channels, managing and optimizing them and ensuring on-point execution and success
  • You'll be part of a cross-functional group that develops conversion-optimized acquisition funnels and builds audiences
  • You'll work closely with our creative team to develop new creative concepts
  • You'll implement reporting processes, continuously monitor campaign KPIs, independently manage budgets, and take on success management with B2B2C partners
  • You are motivated to support the key account management in communicating with the customer and to translate the customer's goals into concrete tasks within the performance team
  • You keep up to date with the latest changes in the world of performance & growth marketing and act as a thought leader both internally and externally


  • Can start immediately. Contract length is between 3 to 6 months
  • You have at least 3-5 years of experience in performance marketing (paid social, Google Ads, display advertising, email marketing, native advertising, ideally in e-commerce, finance or agencies) in a customer-centric B2C environment
  • You are familiar with all relevant online marketing channels and see yourself as an expert in at least one channelYou have experience in tracking and reporting and know how to use both to achieve your goals
  • You are an analytical, data-driven and structured person and are used to working towards performance KPIs
  • You are able to conceptualize draft funnels with copy and creative ideas and hire designers to perfect them
  • You have a strong understanding of customer acquisition funnels and are able to drive conversion from first impression to final conversion
  • "Target audiences," "segmentation," and customer journey are buzzwords that trigger creative campaign ideas for you
  • Your communication and stakeholder management skills are one of your strengths and help you excel in cross-functional projects
  • You act responsibly and proactively; you like to work with a hands-on approach
  • You make decisions about new tasks and projects based on your experience and the data available to you
  • You speak and write English fluently and fluent in German is a plus
