  1. Send us your application documents via the application form. We will get back to you shortly after.
  2. We arrange a first 20-30 minutes call with you to get to know you, tell you about OptioPay and clarify all questions you might have. 
  3. After that we set up an appointment for an in-house (or video) interview with the closest prospect work colleague or line manager. 
  4. For some positions we require you to complete a small challenge at home. It helps us to evaluate your skills and your thought process. 
  5. In our last round you will meet the team and future colleagues from different departments onsite. It is to make sure that we are a good match and it gives you a chance to ask questions.
