Freelancing Performance Marketing Manager (f/m/x)


  • You drive our B2B2C user acquisition and growth, creating new funnel ideas & identifying new traffic sources
  • You develop marketing strategies using the full potential of the digital marketing mix together with internal and external stakeholders (B2C and B2B2C)
  • You are driving conversion optimization on various steps of the acquisition funnels
  • You take over operational responsibility for our B2C and B2B2C marketing channels, manage and optimize them and ensure on-point execution and success
  • You are part of a cross functional group to develop conversion optimized acquisition funnels & build audiences
  • You will work closely with our creative team to develop new creative concepts
  • You implement reporting processes, continuously monitor the KPIs of your campaigns, independently manage the budget and take over the success management towards B2B2C partners
  • You are motivated to support the key account management in communicating with clients and to translate the client's goals into concrete tasks within the performance team
  • You keep yourself up-to-date with the latest changes in the world of performance & growth marketing and act as a thought-leader both internally and externally


  • You have at least 3-5 years of experience in Performance Marketing (Paid Social, Google Ads, Display Advertising, Email Marketing, Native Advertising, ideally in e-commerce, finance or agencies) within B2C customer-centric environments
  • You are familiar with all relevant online marketing channels and consider yourself an expert in at least one channel
  • You have experience in tracking and reporting and know how to use both to achieve your goals
  • You are an analytic, data-driven and structured person and you are used to working towards performance KPI
  • You can conceptualize drafts of funnels with copy and creative ideas to brief designers to perfect them
  • You have a strong understanding of customer acquisition funnels and are able to drive conversion from the first impression to the final conversion event
  • “Target Audiences”, “segmenting” and customer journey are buzzwords triggering creative campaign ideas for you
  • Your communication & stakeholder management skills are one of your strengths and will help you to achieve brilliant performance amongst cross-functional projects
  • You act responsibly & proactively; you like to work using a hands-on approach
  • You make decisions about new tasks and projects based on your experience and the data available to you
  • You speak and write English fluently. Fluent German would be a plus
